Physical Fitness

Exercise produces endorphins which improve mood and enhance mental clarity. With added nutritional support, the body will be able to function more efficiently on every level. The stronger your body becomes through nutrition and exercise, the better you will feel. The more you exercise, the better you will feel. The better you feel, the less likely it is that you will return to your old habits.
